One skilled as a warrior does not rely on martial force; one skilled in battle does not become angry; one skilled in overcoming enemies does not engage with them; one skilled in employing others places themselves below them.
This is called the virtue of non-contention; this is called harnessing the strength of others; this is called matching Heaven - the ultimate principle of the ancients.
